How to make an appointment?

For your convenience, there are three ways to make an appointment

1) You can make an appointment online at www.vinodhospital.com
2) Telephone appointment (for the same day) on hospital phone 0257-2235658, 0257-2220999, 6.00 am to 7.00 am and examination time is from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. Examination time depends on the operation. If so, at the end of the operation O. P. D will start.
3) Go by yourself: You can come in person and register your name at 6.00 am. You will be provided with your number.

• Patients with Emergency and Accidents will be the first to be seen without an appointment,
• The receptionist has to be told about the emergency situation.
• An emergency patient may delay your appointment because, orthopaedic treatment is a time consuming treatment.
• Emergency and fracture patients always come to the orthopedic hospital. This may result in a change / delay in your allotted time. You should wait for your number to come so that there does not arrive any inconvenience to other patients. Please do not rush by giving reasons of Bus, Train, Kids, etc.
• Sometimes because of Life Saving Emergency or Operation, OPD of the day has to be cancelled. Do not worry, you will be given preference in the next day’s OPD session.
• Even if you just want to show the Reports to Doctor, make an appointment because, even if Showing the Report is the task of just 2 minutes, giving consultation on the basis of that report is a time consuming process.
• You should make an appointment for Medical certificate and reimbursement to avoid your inconvenience.
• If the list of appointments for the day is full, please do not force the reception to make the appointment possible.

5) If you miss your number or you are not present, it will take time for your number to come and it will depend on the doctor because the X-rays, reports, medication of the patients who have been seen. Renumbering will be done as per the doctor’s instructions.
